**Refund and Return Policy**

At Xeem Collection, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow our refund and return policy outlined below.

**Return Policy**

1. **Eligibility for Returns**
– Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
– Items must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged.
– All original tags and packaging must be included.

2. **Return Process**:

– Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details.
– The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (such as incorrect or defective items).

1. **Refund Process**
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
– Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

2. **Non-Returnable Items**

– Sale items (only regular priced items can be refunded)
– Personal and hygiene products

-Returns are not accepted if you do not like the item, its color, size, or if you mention that the item does not match its description. We do not cancel or accept returns if the item matches the description.

3. **Cancellation**

-If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

-If you wish to cancel the order after it has been dispatched, a cancellation fee will apply. This fee will be determined based on the value, weight, and size of the order.
